Split Header Layout
When I started the workshop I was feeling tired even though I had a full nights sleep. I wanted to know how I could feel refreshed even if I didn’t have time for a workout or was on a “rest” day. Through the workshop Emily shared tools we could use to do that and I left feeling relaxed, like my shoulders had a place to rest, and better in my entire body. My tiredness (and also a bit of nausea) was gone! I’d definitely recommend taking the time to experience this for yourself!
